The AFK logo
Have you as a cultural organisation or artist received a subsidy from the AFK? Then please include the AFK logo on all communications from your organisation or project. This may include printed matter (flyers, folders etc.), your website, social media and digital newsletters – as well as presentation events, such as the premiere or opening.
Using the logo:
- The logo may be reduced in size, but only proportionally.
- Use red, black or white preferably.

Acknowledging the AFK
In addition to the logo, please use the following sentence when acknowledging the AFK:
Dit project [of naam project] is (mede) mogelijk gemaakt door het AFK (Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst).
This project [or project name] is supported by the AFK (Amsterdam Fund for the Arts).
In texts, please use the full name 'Amsterdam Fund for the Arts', or simply the abbreviation, 'AFK.’
Information about the AFK
Would you like to include some information about the AFK in your press release or on your website? Please use the following text:
‘The Amsterdam Fund for the Arts (AFK) invests in the arts which enrich the experience of life in the city. The AFK encourages the quality, dynamism and diversity of the arts in Amsterdam and contributes to the city's strong and richly varied cultural climate. The AFK is available to artists and cultural organisations, and supports both experimentation and proven quality – within all artistic disciplines, from every district of the city. www.afk.nl
The AFK mentions the projects it supports on its website and via social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). Would you like us to say something about your project as well? Please submit image materials to firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly state the name of your project or programme. Please include the dates of the premiere, any possible photography credits, and a brief description of your project.
Requirements for image materials:
- Please submit no more than 5 photographs (in high resolution), with no logos or images from printed matter.
- For films, please only send a link.
By submitting image materials, you agree to the AFK using them on its own website, on social media, and in publications.
